The Purpose of the QUEST Dance Program

The purpose of the QUEST Dance program is to provide a specialised and enriched learning experience for talented young dancers. This program aims to nurture their artistic abilities and help them reach their full potential, by offering training in various dance styles, and opportunities to perform in a variety of settings. This program enables students to refine their technique and develop their artistry. Additionally, QUEST Dance fosters creativity, teamwork, and prepares students for further study in the Art’s industry. The aim of this program is to recognise and celebrate the unique talents of MCSS students. .
Who is the QUEST Dance program for?
The QUEST Dance program is designed for students with previous training in any dance style and who demonstrate talent and interest in this area. The QUEST dance program seeks individuals who have a strong passion for dance and are committed to further developing their abilities.

Performance and Events

Dancers in the QUEST Dance program have performed in a variety of competitions and events. These includes: Sydney National Eisteddfod, Wakakirri Story Dance Competition, Ausdance Youth Dance Festival, Floriade, Limelight, and MCSS Annual Arts Showcase.
