Student Management

Melba Copland Secondary School’s (MCSS) Behaviour Management Policy has been developed to ensure learning outcomes are maximised and a supportive environment is produced for all students.

At the core of a supportive school environment are the relationships between students, parents and teachers. Those relationships are dependent upon core values shared by all.
MCSS has adopted a restorative practices framework to compliment our established Student Management Policy. The framework is designed to focus on the building, nurturing and repairing of relationships.

The role of Student Services is to provide support for students, their parents, carers and teachers by promoting a safe learning environment for all students that is flexible and responsive to the needs of the individual and the wider school community.

For detailed information on our schools management policies, please contact the Executive teacher of Student Services on either campus.
